SUPERJAZZCLUB UNO (FEAT. BENJIFLOW)

Having seen a steady rise in recognition over the last year or so, multi-dimensional Ghanaian collective SuperJazzClub vow to "step into the major league" with their new EP MONOCHROME RADIO. Tailing a string of infectious singles the last of the release is an effortless collaboration with British artist-producer BenjiFlow. Drawing on Benjiflow's Jamaican heritage and SuperJazzClub's own distinctive sound, 'UNO' is a harmonious synthesis of black diasporic synergies. Spilling easily over snappy beats, SuperJazzClub explain: “It was a beautiful and seamless moment working with Benji. Øbed pulled out a pack of beats at the session and that beat happened to be the last one we played and he instantly connected with it. The energy in the studio was full blast from then on. It’s a song inspired by the things we love to talk about like life, God, relationships and money”. Tune into 'UNO' and the rest of MONOCHROME RADIO as these rising stars leave their "rookie seasons" far behind them. -Holly Mullineaux
